Area Service Manager

Your role as an Area Service Manager will be based in Ernakulam, Alapuzha, Kottayam, and Pattanamthitta. Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer service issues, ensuring timely service delivery, coordinating with service technicians, maintaining service standards, managing service inventory and spare parts, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
