Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Vadodara. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations in the region, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and managing a sales team. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and conducting market analyses. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and customer relationship management Strong analytical and strategic planning skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and, when needed, collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience in the healthcare products industry is a plus Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
