Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective warranty handling processes to minimize delays and optimize costs.
Manage service operations, ensuring timely delivery of services to customers.
Oversee after sales service activities, including parts management, inventory control, and customer support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service strategy development and execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in automobile industry with expertise in after sales service, area management, service management, servicing, strategic planning, warranty handling, warranty management.
Strong understanding of P&L management principles and ability to analyze financial data for informed decision-making.
