Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manpower Planning:
Plan and allocate service manpower for AMC and breakdown services based on Archibus call data and workload analysis to ensure timely service delivery.
Technical Support:
Provide expert technical guidance to service engineers and resolve complex technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
Training & Development:
Conduct regular technical and safety training programs for service engineers across the North Region to enhance skill levels and service quality.
Travel & Field Engagement:
Willingness to travel extensively across the region and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic service environment.

Revenue Generation:
Drive service revenue through AMCs, spare parts sales, and value-added services to achieve assigned targets.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high customer satisfaction, strong repeat business, and long-term relationships through consistent service quality and prompt issue resolution.
