Assist senior service engineers in the maintenance and servicing of forklifts at client locations. Perform routine service, inspection, and troubleshooting under supervision. Support in executing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) . Help ensure timely after-sales service support and address basic customer concerns. Maintain accurate service records , job sheets, and documentation during site visits. Coordinate with customers to schedule service visits and ensure smooth service delivery. Learn and follow safety procedures and service protocols at all times. Be willing to travel extensively to customer sites for service visits. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Electrical Engineering (2024 or 2025 pass-out preferred) Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, and control panels Eager to build a career in field service and maintenance Willingness to travel extensively for service visits and site work Physically fit and comfortable working in industrial environments Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Strong learning attitude with a hands-on approach Knowledge of forklifts or material handling equipment
