Role Overview

Area Sales Manager – West India

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and convert potential franchise partners in West India.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.
Handle end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise prospects and partners.
Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth franchise onboarding.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Prepare and submit regular performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
3–6 years
of experience in franchise sales, business development, or similar roles.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the West India region.
Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset.
