Area Sales Manager

Are you a results-driven and energetic sales professional ready to own a specific market area? We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to be the face of our company, driving growth by engaging directly with potential clients. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle within your assigned area, from initial outreach to successful client onboarding. This is a hands-on role perfect for a skilled communicator and relationship-builder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential customers (retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers) in your designated area to introduce our platform and its compelling benefits.
• Product Demonstration: Conduct persuasive online demos and presentations, expertly tailoring them to the unique needs of each client and handling all queries.
• Client Relationship Management: Visit key customers within your area to build strong, lasting relationships, deliver impactful presentations, and lead negotiations. (Travel expenses will be fully reimbursed).
• Sales Administration: Diligently maintain accurate records of all leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using our CRM system.
• End-to-End Sales: Nurture prospects through the entire sales funnel, from the first point of contact to successful onboarding, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a natural ability to demonstrate products clearly and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and trust.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and best practices.
• A target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area to meet with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
