Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Industrial Sales, preferably in sectors such as:

• Compressed Air Generation or Distribution
• HVAC Systems
• Pumping Technologies
• Other relevant industrial utility fields

This is a residential position based in Odisha, with responsibilities covering the state and neighboring territories. The candidate must be self-driven, capable of independent business development, and committed to long-term growth with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth for our products and solutions in the region.
• Identify and develop new OEMs, agents, and customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular visits, calls, and communications.
• Organize and participate in presentations, exhibitions, seminars, and customer engagement programs.
• Handle negotiations and techno-commercial discussions effectively.
• Expand regional reach and establish a sustainable sales model.
• Coordinate with the backend team to ensure timely delivery and support.
• Ensure timely payment collections from clients.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• B.E. or Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification)

Experience:

• 5–8 years in industrial sales, preferably in utility sectors like compressed air systems, HVAC, or pumping technologies.

Essential Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license (for official travel).
• Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha and neighboring areas.
• Good communication skills and a strong sales acumen.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.).
• A positive attitude and strong passion for sales.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
