Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in customer service activities, and conducting sales operations. Daily tasks include developing client relationships, offering solutions tailored to client needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the principal's sales & technical team to achieve business targets. The role will also involve conducting presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills, including client relationship management and conducting product demonstrations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the utility management sector (Air, Water, Steam, Fire) is a plus
