Area Sales Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for directing a staff of sales associates and managing a large Dealers network in a highly competitive environment. Your primary focus will be on appointing new Dealers, Distributers & Retailers, managing them effectively, and developing market share. Additionally, you will be tasked with implementing sales plans to achieve established sales and financial goals. Supporting and managing the Marketing Team, providing team leadership, and making key decisions will also be part of your role. You will be required to monitor and analyze market trends and competitors" activities, as well as monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and results. Finally, you will be responsible for meeting Area Target and overseeing the marketing process and functions, while leading a team of marketing professionals, motivating them and exposing them to the commercial aspects of the business.
