Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales professional

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

managing and nurturing relationships with existing accounts

, while also

identifying and acquiring new accounts

to drive incremental insurance business. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partner accounts to ensure sustained business growth.
Identify, target, and onboard new accounts to expand the insurance business portfolio.
Develop a clear understanding of client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, after-sales service, and query resolution.
Regularly review account performance, share insights, and propose growth strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business updates.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, travel, or financial services.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
