Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base. Manage, train, and support a team of Sales Executives/Representatives. Identify business opportunities and generate new leads in the assigned area. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis on a regular basis. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams for effective promotions and product launches. Conduct regular field visits to ensure high customer satisfaction and team productivity. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
