Job Description

Lead Generation and Management: Work with the marketing team to generate leads and ensure they are effectively managed by the sales team.  Sales Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.  Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.  Sales Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and generate reports to track progress and inform decision-making.  Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.  Address Customer Issues: Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues effectively.  Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.  Set Sales Targets: Establish realistic and achievable sales goals for the team and individual sales representatives.  Market Analysis: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and monitor competitor activities.  Forecast Sales: Develop and manage sales forecasts, ensuring accurate projections.
