Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographical area. They manage a team of Sales Officers, ensure targets are met, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of Sales Officers to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned area.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze data to improve results.
• Ensure effective distribution and availability of products within the region.
• Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct performance reviews for Sales Officers and provide coaching and training.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide timely reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any Discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
