Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the GVT category.
  
• Expand business through new dealer appointments, sub-dealer network development, and project acquisition.
  
• Identify new market opportunities and drive product penetration in assigned territories.
  

2. Channel Management

• Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and influencers.
  
• Ensure product visibility, display management, and brand positioning at dealer outlets.
  
• Drive schemes, offers, and promotional activities for channel partners.
  

3. Project & Key Account Sales

• Engage with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and institutions for project conversion.
  
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and negotiate pricing for project orders.
  

4. Market Intelligence

• Track competitors activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
  
• Provide inputs to management on customer preferences and product demand.
  

5. Operations & Coordination

• Ensure timely order booking, dispatch follow-ups, and payment collection.
  
• Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and internal teams for smooth execution.
  
• Maintain MIS reports, sales forecasting, and sales performance updates.
