Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our retail team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of driving business growth. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure timely disbursement of loans and maintain high collection efficiency.

Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan disbursement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job

Graduate in any discipline.

Proven experience in sales management with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of rural individual loan products and digital solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Adherence to product, process, and policies of the company.

Achieve highest First Time Right (FTR).

Continuously engage in learning and development programs to upskill the team.

Maintain expected collection efficiency and ensure minimum delinquency.
