Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Lucknow with some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop sales strategies, and build lasting relationships with hospitality clients and business partners. The role involves managing a sales team, generating leads, coordinating marketing efforts, and analyzing sales data to achieve targets. The Area Sales Manager will also collaborate with product development to tailor offerings to client needs.

Qualifications

• Sales Management and Business Development skills
• Experience in HORECA and B2B markets
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
