Were looking for energetic and strategic Area Sales Managers (Modern Trade) to drive growth across key regions in South India. If you love leading high-performance teams, building strong retail partnerships, and scaling revenue in modern trade channels this is for you! Key Responsibilities: Own and drive modern trade sales targets for your assigned region Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts and modern trade retailers Execute joint plans, promotions, and visibility strategies Lead a team of sales officers and merchandisers Monitor secondary sales, ROI, inventory, and stock availability Ensure flawless in-store execution and customer experience What We're Looking For: Experience in beauty and skincare industry, specifically in handling Modern Trade chains such as Dmart, Reliance, More, Nilgiris, Ratnadeep etc. Strong understanding of the retail landscape in South India Proven experience in key account management and regional sales leadership Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills Data-savvy, target-driven, and great at building long-term partnerships Fluent in English + at least one South Indian language preferred (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam)
