⚡ We’re Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Direct Sales | Promatic Energy Private Limited Are you a result-driven sales leader who thrives in industrial B2B environments and enjoys building high-performing teams? Promatic Energy is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (4–6 years) to lead our direct sales efforts across South India. If you’ve closed high-value deals, understand power electronics, and lead a team of sales and service engineers– we want you on board. 📍 Location: Hyderabad 🏭 Industry: Power Electronics | Energy Efficiency 💼 Type: Full-Time | Field-Based | Team Leadership Role 🔧 What You’ll Do: ✅ Drive direct industrial sales to clients in sectors like Metal Cutting/Forming, Laser, Food & Beverage, and Chemicals ✅ Pitch Promatic's power conditioning solutions (Servo Stabilizers, UPS, Isolation Transformers, Solar) ✅ Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives/Associates ✅ Conduct joint field visits, reviews, and lead allocation ✅ Achieve monthly revenue targets and conversion goals ✅ Coordinate with Application and Service teams for solution delivery 🧠 What You Bring: 4–6 years of direct B2B sales experience (Power Electronics, Electrical Products, or Industrial Automation) Prior experience in leading or mentoring junior sales staff Strong technical sales capabilities and ability to close CXO-level deals Excellent communication, reporting, and team management skills Willingness to travel across assigned zones (70–80% field work) Engineering degree/diploma in Electrical/Electronics preferred 💰 Compensation & Perks: Fixed CTC + High Incentive Potential (Performance Linked) Team performance bonuses and travel reimbursements Leadership training & fast-track path to Regional Sales Manager Work closely with a company committed to energy efficiency and sustainability Show more Show less
