The Consumer Loan department is a part of Retail Lending business of the bank and offers Personal loans and Education Loans to all categories of customers Pan IndiaAbout the RoleThe role Area Sales Manager Personal Loan involves driving Personal Loan business through a team of Sales Managers, ensure growth in Book Size, maintain product level profitability, build a robust distribution, deliver on the new initiatives rolled out It requires strategic planning and execution to boost revenue, grow the portfolio, and maintain risk and complianceDetails of the RoleDepartmentRetail LendingGradeM/SM/AVPSub-DepartmentRL- Consumer LoansReporting (Business)AVP/VPLocationMumbaiReporting (Matrix)Business Goals & ProfitabilityResponsible for driving the P&L of Personal LoansPrepare the sales budget and execute strategies that enable achieving the targetPrepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual sales forecasts and be responsible for the Area sales target along with the growth and profitability of the portfolioAudit, Compliance, and Risk ManagementEnsure risk compliance through the completion of FCI and Internal Investigations observations, and repeat observations, ensuring timely and satisfactory closureBe responsible for the quality of the business portfolio by closely working with Risk and Credit teams and ensuring RAC AuditsSales and Channel DevelopmentDevelop and enhance new and existing channels of sales, such as Connectors, AVC, and BranchEnsure Siddhi adoption and usageEnsure digital adoption (MLP) and scale up applications through digital journeysResponsible for Cross sell and Vas products penetrationResponsible of Resource activationResponsible for Productivity of SM and ROResponsible for setting up right distribution span across area s and segmentsCustomer ExperienceOversee a fulfilling customer journey leading to customer delight and making the Bank the partner of choiceIncrease customer retention and drive engagement across existing customers to improve Net Promoter Score, customer satisfactionResponsible for FTR for his territoryCollaboration and People PrioritiesCollaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business resultsControl regrettable attrition across all grades to maintain a strong and motivated teamDrive various people agenda, including but not limited to, values, talent management, internal mobility, culture, learning and developmentsRole Requirements:QualificationGraduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute7+ sales experience (unsecured loans preferred) with at least 3-4 years in Personal loansRole ProficienciesStrong sales orientationProficiency in managing complex client relationships, diverse stakeholdersCapability to handle pressure and meet deadlinesSkill in managing large, geographically spread team; coaching and mentoring team membersCompetence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environmentStrong risk and compliance mindsetAdept at communication and interpersonal skills
