Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement retail and channel sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify, onboard, and nurture new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and ensure target achievement.
Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional plans and campaigns.
Monitor partner performance, sales pipeline, and market expansion opportunities.
Manage incentive programs, schemes, and sales drives to boost engagement.
Provide regular business insights and feedback to management for strategic decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

Background in
building materials, hardware, Furniture, Plywood, Laminates, Adhesives, sanitary ware, or allied industries
preferred.
Proven ability in
dealer appointment, Carpenter Visit, market development, and team coordination
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory and handle field responsibilities independently.
