We are looking for highly driven and experienced Area Sales Managers to join our expanding team across multiple regions. If you have a background in FMCG, beauty, or perfumery sales, a proven track record in handling distributors and super stockists, and strong leadership abilities, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies for both urban and rural markets
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay updated with market trends

2. Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and train a high-performing sales team
• Set clear targets and monitor performance regularly
• Ensure field productivity and goal alignment

3. Distributor & Super Stockist Handling:

• Manage existing distributor and SS network
• Ensure efficient product availability, timely replenishment, and stock rotation
• Strengthen regional partnerships for long-term growth

4. Retail Performance:

• Improve product visibility and sales performance at retail outlets
• Conduct in-market visits to collect feedback and improve strategies
• Execute retail activation plans and promotions

5. Reporting & Coordination:

• Share daily/monthly sales reports and updates via Field Assist app
• Coordinate with the Indore head office when required
• Maintain documentation for targets, tour plans, and sales data.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar ASM role
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, or perfumery industry is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of distributor and retail channel operations
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Comfortable using sales tracking and reporting tools
