Inside Sales Executive

We're Hiring: Admission Counselor (Inside Sales Ed Tech)| Bangalore | ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month

Location: Bangalore

Work Days: 6 days/week

Experience: 0–5 years

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience and performance)

What You'll Do:

• Engage with incoming leads via calls, emails, and messages.
• Counsel students and parents to match their goals with the right programs.
• Convert inquiries into successful admissions by understanding student needs.
• Maintain communication and build long-term relationships with students.Support applicants in collecting documents and completing their applications.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets.
• Use CRM tools to manage student data and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–5 years of experience in counseling, sales, or education services.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with students and parents.
• Experience working with CRM systems (preferred).
• Comfortable in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• A genuine desire to guide students and impact their careers.
