Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers (dealers, distributors, retailers).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market visits to generate leads and close deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities in untapped markets.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Gather feedback for product and service improvement.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • with marketing and operations teams for sales promotions.
  • Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.

  • Key Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in

    consumer durable sales,

    preferably in

    air coolers

    or

    home appliances.

  • Strong

    negotiation,

    communication,

    and

    relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to

    work independently

    and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to

    travel

    within the assigned region.
  • Basic knowledge of

    MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Sales Management

    and Client

    Relationship Management skills

  • Enthusiastic

    &

    self-motivated

    with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent

    verbal

    and

    written communication

    skills

  • Strong

    networking skills

    to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficient in

    preparing sales reports

    and analyzing sales data
  • Knowledge of the

    cooling systems industry

    is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree

    in Business, Marketing, or a related field
