Position: Area Sales Manager
Orbit Diagnostic Centre
Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities—clinics, hospitals, doctors, corporate clients, and community organizations - Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for radiology and laboratory investigations - Relationship Management - Build and nurture relationships with medical practitioners and healthcare providers to drive referrals. - Act as the key account manager for high-value clients and partners. - Market Analysis & Strategy - Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new service opportunities. - Develop and implement strategies to strengthen market presence in each branch location. - Team Leadership - Guide, mentor, and support junior sales executives to achieve team goals. - Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and technical teams to deliver client requirements. - Reporting & Compliance - Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management reviews. - Ensure adherence to all company policies and healthcare compliance standards. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred - Minimum 4–6 years of experience in diagnostic centre sales, with a focus on radiology and laboratory investigations - Strong network of contacts within the medical and healthcare industry in Rayalaseema preferred - Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large, multi-location accounts - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and devise market strategies - Willingness to travel across branch locations as necessary
