Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within a specified region, managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular sales reports and analysis to senior management.

Qualifications

Drive sales and achieve revenue targets in the assigned area.Manage, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives.Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients.Ensure effective field sales planning and on-ground execution.Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic inputs.Regularly track, review, and report sales performance to management.Maintain strong customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.

Requirements

Graduate/MBA with 2-4 years of experience in field sales (real estate, FMCG, telecom, or related industries preferred).Proven track record in team management and target achievement.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Good knowledge of Hyderabad locations and ability to travel within the city.Self-motivated, flexible, and result-driven.
