Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Other day-to-day tasks include building strong relationships with clients, overseeing sales team activities, conducting market analysis, and preparing regular sales reports.

Qualifications

Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy Development skills
Experience in market analysis and research
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the cosmetics or grooming industry is a plus
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
