Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive challenges.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide valuable market feedback.
