About the Role We are looking for a female Area Sales Manager (Commercial Division) to lead and manage our commercial leasing operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and capable of handling clients, owners, and a small sales team with professionalism and energy. She will be the key bridge between management, clients, and the field team — ensuring smooth deal closures, strong client relationships, and consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Client Management & Communication Handle incoming client inquiries and understand detailed space requirements. Present suitable property options through calls, meetings, or virtual presentations. Ensure clients receive professional PPTs, proposals, and 360° virtual tours. Schedule and manage property visits — in-person or virtual — to save client time. Provide complete follow-up and feedback calls within 30 minutes of each inquiry. Team Leadership & Coordination Supervise the Property Leasing Advisor and Affordable Leasing Consultant in daily activities. Assign leads, track visit reports, and ensure client satisfaction at every step. Maintain daily and weekly task reports of the team and share with the Director. Motivate and train team members to achieve targets and handle client concerns effectively. Sales Target Achievement Responsible for achieving the minimum monthly sales target. Plan and execute weekly and monthly strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals. Participate in negotiation and closure meetings for high-value clients and properties. Market Awareness & Reporting Stay updated on current property trends, market rates, and availability in Jaipur. Identify and shortlist high-demand properties for clients proactively. Prepare weekly market analysis reports and share insights with management. Documentation & Professional Conduct Ensure all documentation, agreements, and client data are correctly updated in the CRM. Represent the company with complete professionalism in meetings, presentations, and site visits. Maintain transparency and trust between owners, clients, and company management. Required Skills & Experience Excellent English communication and client presentation skills. Strong understanding of commercial real estate leasing. Ability to manage team performance and coordinate multiple deals. Knowledge of Jaipur’s property market and key commercial zones. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
