Job Description

Job Role: As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for on-ground coordination, client visits, and property inspections. You will act as the bridge between property owners and prospective clients, ensuring smooth communication and execution of real estate requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct property visits with clients and provide them with accurate details about the property. Coordinate with property owners, builders, and developers for site inspections. Gather and update property information including availability, pricing, and specifications. Maintain relationships with clients and ensure timely follow-ups. Support the sales/operations team in closing deals by providing on-ground assistance. Take photographs/videos of properties for listings and promotions. Ensure client satisfaction during property visits and handle basic queries. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream). 0–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or fieldwork (freshers can apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with local travel and property visits. Ability to build rapport and maintain client relations. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and WhatsApp/email communication. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
