Role Summary:

The ASM – General Trade will drive the general trade sales strategy for perfumes and beauty products, focusing on achieving revenue growth, expanding retail penetration, and strengthening distributor and retailer relationships. This role demands an in-depth understanding of the beauty and personal care market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high-performing sales teams.
