Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through direct sales of mortgage loans, home finance products, and other financial services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new opportunities for growth by prospecting in open markets, DSA channels, and direct-to-customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the banking industry.
Strong understanding of mortgage loans (LAP), housing finance products (home loans), housing loan sales, field sales, mortgage sales, target achievement.
Proven track record of achieving revenue generation goals through effective team handling and strategic planning.
