Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Varanasi for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare institutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves overseeing the sales team, providing training and support, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, particularly in the healthcare industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
Team management and leadership abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
