Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager-Medical Devices. The role involves working from the North Delhi office with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will be expected to identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales growth.

• Minimum 5+ years or above experience is required with Medical Devices industry only

• Should have exposure of

  Cardiac surgery, Critical care, Anesthesia, Surgical, etc

• Sales Management and Business Development skills
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
• Knowledge in Medical Devices and Healthcare Industry
• Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in Anesthesia, Critical Care, Cardiovascular Surgery, Interventional Procedures, Dialysis, or Respiratory Care is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
