Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager-Medical Devices based in Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales activities, developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Duties include strategizing sales plans, conducting market analysis, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

• Minimum 4+ years experienceuis required in Sale of Medical Devices.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in the medical devices industry
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop strategic sales plans
• Experience in providing product demonstrations and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the Mumbai healthcare market is a plus
