Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager-Medical Devices located in Pune with some work from home acceptable. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and identifying new market opportunities in the medical devices field. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, conducting market research, and providing product training and support to clients.

• Minimum experience of 2 years+ experience is required in Medical devices sales
• Should be a science graduate like B.SC, B.Pharma, Biomedical etc.
• Sales skills: Excellent sales skills with experience in the medical devices industry, and achieving sales targets
• Management skills: Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing a sales team
• Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Technical knowledge: Understand the technical aspects of medical devices and provide product training
• Analytical skills: Proficient in market research and identifying new market opportunities
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Other: Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment

Salary package: Upto 6.5 LPA
