Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales ManagerMedical Devices located in Mangaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development within the assigned region, identifying and acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Additionally, the role includes managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and staying updated on medical device trends to develop impactful sales strategies. Collaboration with internal teams and reporting on sales progress will also be part of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Minimum 3 years or above exposure of Surgicals, consumables, disposables, or pharma exposure candidates can also apply.
  • Mangalore territory exposure is necessary
  • Candidate should have good relations with doctors, surgeons, etc.
  • Proven skills in sales, business development, and account management.
  • Experience with market analysis, territory management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of medical devices or prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure effectively.
  • Comfortable with travel within the assigned region as part of the role's requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and office software, including MS Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
