·      Sales Strategy & Planning: Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies tailored to the assigned region, including setting sales targets and identifying growth opportunities. ·      Client & Key Account Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and securing new clients, including negotiating and finalizing contracts. ·      Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies. Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews to senior management. ·      Business Development: Identifying and acquiring new customers and upsell to the existing customer base. ·      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments like marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales activities. Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements
