About the Role:




We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B sales initiatives across the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing channel partners, driving lead generation strategies, and overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle from presales engagement to closure. This role requires strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve ambitious revenue targets.




Key Responsibilities:




Business Development & B2B Sales


  • Drive new client acquisition and business growth in assigned region.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and post-sales handover.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with K–12 schools and decision-makers



Channel Partner Management


  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners/distributors/resellers.
  • Build strong, mutually beneficial partnerships to maximize market penetration.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews, sales forecasting, and performance monitoring.



Marketing & Lead Generation


  • Work with the marketing team to design and implement lead generation campaigns.
  • Develop region-specific go-to-market strategies to improve brand presence.
  • Use digital, event-based, and partner-driven marketing to build pipeline.



Presales & Solutioning


  • Collaborate with presales teams to understand client pain points and propose solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical discussions where required.
  • Ensure client requirements are translated effectively into sales proposals.



Revenue Ownership & Forecasting


  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for the region.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to refine sales strategies.



Who Should Apply?


  • 3 -6 years of sales experience (EdTech / SaaS / B2B/ preferred)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, street-smart, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with both inside sales and client meetings
