Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Sales Strategy:

  Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure the company's strong presence in the assigned area.

• Target Achievement:

  Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.

• Market Analysis:

  Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Client Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Reporting:

  Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management.

• Recruitment & Training:

  Participate in the recruitment of new sales staff and facilitate ongoing training to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of the Bengaluru market and the beverage industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in

  CRM software

  (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
