Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Agricultural Tools

About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales of agricultural tools in the assigned territory. This is a field-based role that involves regular interaction with farmers, dealers, and distributors, ensuring strong customer relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of agricultural tools and achieve assigned targets.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure and after-sales support.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales of agricultural products or tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the sales process cycle.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.

Compensation:

• ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
• Performance-based incentives.
• Travel allowance as per company policy.
