Role Description

This full-time role for an Area Sales Manager is an on-site position located in Ranchi. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, providing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize product promotion.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy development, market research, and business development
• Skills in team management, customer relationship management, and communication
• Ability to meet sales targets, provide detailed sales reports, and work collaboratively with marketing teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the Hardware or fastener industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel as required by the role
