Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5+ Sales Executives and BDEs to drive sales in assigned regions.
• Oversee and execute sales strategies for the adhesive brand, Tikawoo, in the designated territories.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Plan and implement promotional activities and events to boost product visibility and sales.
• Provide regular training and coaching to the sales team to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Ensure proper distribution channels and retail presence for Tikawoo products in the territory.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team progress to management.
