Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and lead a team of field sales representatives. You will play a crucial role in managing, training, and guiding the sales team in the designated territory. Setting achievable sales targets, monitoring performance, collecting customer feedback, and delivering presentations to potential customers will be key aspects of your role.
