Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth in the assigned area.

2. Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.

3. Implement sales strategies to improve market share and brand presence.

4. Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.

5. Ensure proper product promotion and timely customer support.

6. Train and motivate the sales team under the assigned region.

7. Prepare periodic sales reports and submit to management.

Qualifications & Skills:-

Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).

24 years of experience in sales, preferably in [industry type, Air Compressor Machines

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Languages: Hindi, English, and Marathi (fluency in all three required).
