1. Identify and appoint new dealers in potential markets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure long-term business growth.
3. Develop dealer business plans and monitor performance to achieve sales targets.
4. Provide training, guidance, and support to dealers to enhance sales performance.
5. Conduct regular market visits to analyze competitor activities, market trends, and dealer requirements.
6. Ensure dealers follow company policies, pricing structure, and brand standards.
7. Prepare and present regular sales and dealer development reports to management.
8. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure dealer satisfaction and business growth.
Languages: Hindi, English, and Marathi (fluency in all three required).
