Role & responsibilities:- 1. Identify and appoint new dealers in potential markets. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure long-term business growth. 3. Develop dealer business plans and monitor performance to achieve sales targets. 4. Provide training, guidance, and support to dealers to enhance sales performance. 5. Conduct regular market visits to analyze competitor activities, market trends, and dealer requirements. 6. Ensure dealers follow company policies, pricing structure, and brand standards. 7. Prepare and present regular sales and dealer development reports to management. 8. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure dealer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 2-7 years of experience in business development / dealer development / channel sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Proven track record of meeting sales and expansion targets. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies. Willingness to travel extensively. Languages: Hindi, English, and Marathi (fluency in all three required). Key Competencies: 1. Strategic thinking and market awareness. 2. Role & responsibilities :- 1. Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth in the assigned area. 2. Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retailer networks. 3. Implement sales strategies to improve market share and brand presence. 4. Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management. 5. Ensure proper product promotion and timely customer support. 6. Train and motivate the sales team under the assigned region. 7. Prepare periodic sales reports and submit to management.
