Job Description

JOB PROFILE :
  • To do market coverage state wise in selected territories covering Dealers, Builders, Architects, GIS
    • Hospitality
  • To meet channel partners and educate them on Product details of each HWS product, their
    • USPs, benefits, selling arguments, value to the customers
  • To ensure proper display of HWS products at dealers showroom
  • To take personal ownership of selected top customers and ensure that personally owned customers
    • give endorsement and sales order of HWS products
  • To get HWS products specified in BOQ / Mock ups in projects
  • To analyse and ensure the required targets as per counter potential mapping is given to dealers, if not
    • get it done
  • To support dealers to deliver desired results
  • To resolve issues of channel partners
  • To propose / devise launch special promotional schemes for dealers to boost sales
  • To identify under performing dealer and ensure 100% target achievement by dealers
  • To provide support to sales team such as pricing, catalogues, marketing support, technical support etc.
  • To provide proactive support guidance to sales team on the unproductive calls
  • Do sales analysis of Actual Vs Target every month / fortnight submit reasons to Head - HWS
  • To put up corrective action to Head - HWS for achieving targetted sales
  • To resolve customer complaints of HWS products
  • To forsee / forcast future demand of HWS products
  • To ensure availability of HWS products at all times at the required place
  • To coordinate for sales promotional activities of HWS products
  • To do atleast 5 productive calls / day with external customers while on tour in the market
