Area Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly

    sales targets

    for the assigned region
  • Appoint, manage, and support

    dealers & distributors
  • Handle

    primary and secondary sales operations

  • Lead, guide, and monitor the

    sales team

    to achieve goals
  • Execute

    market development

    initiatives and promotional activities
  • Track and report

    competitor strategies, pricing, and market movements

  • Ensure timely

    reporting, documentation, and CRM/ERP updates


Requirements

  • Graduate/MBA in Marketing preferred
  • 4–7 years of experience in

    channel sales

    (solar/inverter/electronics preferred)
  • Strong

    communication, negotiation, and leadership

    skills
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting

  • Willing to

    travel extensively

    for market visits and dealer management
