Locations: Chennai & Madurai, Tamil Nadu Position: Area Sales Manager – Sales Division Experience Required: 4 to 8 years (preferably in solar, inverter, battery, or electrical product sales) Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Expand and manage a strong dealer/distributor network across the region Lead and motivate the regional sales team to deliver exceptional results Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis Ensure timely collections and resolve client issues efficiently Represent the brand in trade meets, exhibitions, and promotional events Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage) Strong background in channel sales and territory management Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and handle team performance Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region Show more Show less
